YKK zippers

Many manufacturers do not offer the luxury of a solid YKK zipper. WE DO, we also went a step further and used a self locking zipper on our sleeping bags that won’t keep sliding down in your sleep.

Breathable Diamondtech

is water & wind proof material that is incredibly lightweight, soft and a downproof thread count Micro-Fibers as a shell for our bags. Diamond tech™ MicroFiber fabric threads and filaments are tightly packed so air spaces are few and too small for wind and rain to breach. Each fiber is treated separately before it is stitched which builds the water & wind proof characteristics.

Insulation

We use premium 600 & 800 in our down & goose down bags & 700 in jkts. Our new

X-fibre™ is 5 to 10 times smaller than most man made insulation available today. This fibre has an incredible .7 denier ratio.  That makes our X-fibre™ bags feel like they are filled with silk-down!

Compatible Zippers

All backside™ sleeping bags come in both left & right zippers to allow them to zip together side by side.

Super fat draft tubes

come standard issue with all backside™ sleeping bags. Our draft tubes run the entire length of the zipper and up around the collar to keep warm air from escaping through the bag’s zipper.
